Heather’s expertise as an executive coach and business mentor is rooted in her 40 plus years’ experience as an Operations/People Manager and Senior Development Consultant working with leading organisations in Retail, Professional & Services, Property, Airlines & Aviation, Manufacturing & Logistics, Public Sector and Engineering. Geographically, her work spans continents with clients in Taiwan, South Korea, China, Brazil, USA and Western Europe.
Current and previous clients include; British Airways, KPMG, Co-operative Bank, Morrisons, GE Finance, American Express, Birmingham & Bristol Airport, Imperial Brands, Atlas Copco, Ministry of Justice.
Bringing a high challenge/high support and strengths-based approach when working with Presidents, Vice Presidents, Senior Leaders, plus first-time managers and technical specialists, her lived experience of leadership and life in general, brings a heightened awareness, new understanding and fresh perspectives to clients’ challenges and opportunities.
As a lifelong learner, anti-aging champion, and advocate of the “growth mindset”, Heather understands the crucial role mindset plays in enabling individuals to positively experience the process of personal transformation, leading to the potential of extending both their career and life span.
