Our retainer packages will be offering more flexibility, meaning you can get the coaching you want in your business with the right structure that works for you.

How it will work:

• Our retainer packages will offer a credits system, allowing clients to choose between the range of our services that appeal most to them

• Credits can be used for our core coaching services, but also our added value services such as 360 degree feedback, psychometric assessments, and the debriefing of those assessments with an accredited professional

• It will be a very simple way for you to get the services you want, to ensure you achieve the right return on investment from your executive coaching
