While multiple roles are involved, information about your coaching is treated with strict confidentiality. Your coach will only share perspectives and insights with your sponsor with your permission, and only when you are present in meetings with your sponsor. The
Leadership Coaches have access to some areas of your coaching journey information for administrative and quality control reasons, but only with your permission. The Leadership coaches will never share your information with any third party, including your own
organisation.

Everyone who works with our coaches has private access to their own dedicated page on our coaching portal that provides effective and efficient communication in a wide range of ways. These include, worksheets, resources, links, messages, journaling, metrics, appointment booking, and action setting. Our coaching sessions are usually virtual but location permitting these can be face-to-face.
