Zoé is the founder of The Leadership Coaches and has led the business through six successful years of growth, change and learning.

She works with a select number of senior leaders at any one time, bringing depth, focus and care to each coaching relationship. Her clients value her ability to create a space that feels safe, human and honest, while still offering the level of challenge needed for real progress.

Zoé’s coaching is pragmatic, thoughtful and grounded in neuroscience. She helps leaders slow down their thinking, make sense of complex situations and find a way forward that feels clear, practical and sustainable. Clients often say it is her listening, questioning and ability to get beneath the surface that helps them uncover what needs to shift.

Her own leadership journey has been shaped by resilience, adaptability and experience in demanding corporate environments, including financial services. She understands the pressure senior leaders can face, from managing difficult stakeholders and high expectations to navigating uncertainty, stress and complex conversations.
