Byron is an ILM-qualified executive coach with extensive experience in leadership development, organisational transformation, and embedding long-term behaviour change. His approach to coaching is anchored in turning self-awareness into tangible action, helping leaders move beyond insight to develop new habits and mindsets that drive real-world impact.

Byron has spent his career influencing positive change across organisations, from senior leadership teams to large-scale cultural transformation initiatives. His leadership experience spans strategic roles in local government, health and social care, and community development, giving him a deep understanding of the challenges leaders face when driving meaningful change.

His work in leadership and inclusion has shaped much of his career. In his role as Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Lead at the NIHR Birmingham Biomedical Research Centre, he implemented systemic change initiatives that integrated EDI principles across workforce development and patient engagement.

As a leadership consultant, Byron has supported executive leaders across public, private, and third-sector organisations to build inclusive, high-performing teams. His deep understanding of organisational dynamics, combined with his evidence-based approach to behaviour change, empowers leaders to lead with clarity, confidence, and inclusion, ensuring long-lasting impact across their organisations.
