With a global career spanning over 40 years, Sukhy brings a profound lived experience to her practice. She understands the messy reality of leadership having lived it as a leader, a working parent, and a coach/mentor.

Sukhy’s approach is underpinned by a BSc in Psychology, which she earned as a mature student while navigating the commercial sector. This academic foundation allows her to blend psychological depth with pragmatic business acumen.
Sukhy is also a respected mentor to coaches and leaders in building their coaching skills and gaining accreditation.

In 2018, Sukhy designed, built and delivered Mitra’s Future Leaders Programme for 30 leaders. This comprehensive 6-month programme consisted of performance and leadership training and one to one and group coaching. Delegate feedback was uniformly positive, many saying it was the best training/coaching they’d had in their careers! The programme equipped many of our people to take more senior roles within our organisation. Mitra founders were delighted with the content and impact, preparing many of the next generations of leaders within the company.
Sukhy coached me on a Women’s Leadership course at Accenture in summer 2020. The impact of Sukhy’s coaching on me has been that I started to appreciate myself more, understand what kind of leader I want to be and take active steps to realise my vision. I particularly found Sukhy’s coaching valuable during the pandemic when my colleagues and friends have gone into their shells and became more irritable. Sukhy helped me to take myself out of situations and see them completely differently. I surprised myself this week when upon receiving negative feedback instead of dwelling on it, I simply thought that “I do not take advice from people I do not want to be like” and moved on. Sukhy is a thoughtful and experienced coach who helped to shaped and deliver a Women’s Leadership Programme at Accenture.
