An enthusiastic and experienced leadership coach, facilitator, and consultant, Sukhy helps senior, executive, mid and senior-level managers and mid-management teams in the transport, healthcare, digital transformation, and charity sectors.
Known for coaching and supporting women from diverse ethnic backgrounds, Sukhy supports clients in gaining clarity on their leadership visions. She also aids clients in overcoming gender and cultural limitations through coaching and leadership programmes.
Sukhy has facilitated numerous leadership coaching programmes both in the UK and internationally across several sectors to support managers and instil a coaching culture within their organisation. Sukhy additionally provides one to one and group mentoring/supervision to help coaches expand their coaching skills to reach ICF ACC and PCC standards.
Known for her passion for people performance, Sukhy creates a safe, trusting, and honest environment of compassion, exploration, and positive challenge in which clients feel open in sharing, discussing, and developing ideas, concepts, and strategies.

In 2018, Sukhy designed, built and delivered Mitra’s Future Leaders Programme for 30 leaders. This comprehensive 6-month programme consisted of performance and leadership training and one to one and group coaching. Delegate feedback was uniformly positive, many saying it was the best training/coaching they’d had in their careers! The programme equipped many of our people to take more senior roles within our organisation. Mitra founders were delighted with the content and impact, preparing many of the next generations of leaders within the company.
Sukhy coached me on a Women’s Leadership course at Accenture in summer 2020. The impact of Sukhy’s coaching on me has been that I started to appreciate myself more, understand what kind of leader I want to be and take active steps to realise my vision. I particularly found Sukhy’s coaching valuable during the pandemic when my colleagues and friends have gone into their shells and became more irritable. Sukhy helped me to take myself out of situations and see them completely differently. I surprised myself this week when upon receiving negative feedback instead of dwelling on it, I simply thought that “I do not take advice from people I do not want to be like” and moved on.
