Who Are You as a Coach?
I am Jackie, a PCC coach and digital leadership development facilitator. Having worked in the corporate world for over 17 years, I empathise and understand the context, complexities, and dynamics that this environment brings to individuals, leaders, and teams.
I have developed a wealth of experience in enabling others to achieve their career and personal goals, which has provided me with a strong foundation for success in my coaching.
I work with global, commercial leaders in different ways, crossing cultures and languages to support them to overcome their challenges, enabling them to become the best version of themselves.
I listen, challenge, and create the space for clients to explore the "why" so that they can ultimately improve the "what".
I continue to invest in my own professional development as I believe that enables me to provide the best service possible to my clients.
What Is Your Approach to Coaching?
I believe that the client is the expert on themselves, their challenges, and the solutions that they put in place to improve their sense of being and therefore their performance. I do this by giving clients confidential time and space to reflect, increase their self-awareness, and accelerate their thinking.
Using a wide range of coaching approaches and tools I flex my approach and partner with them to find that “lightbulb moment” and gain clarity on the way forward.

I am a grounded voice who gets to the heart of the matter with laser precision. I do this through deep listening and holding the mirror up. This allows me to challenge thoughts, perceptions, and concerns that ultimately ensures transformational change takes place.
