Having held leadership roles in Human Resources and Leadership and Development at global professional service firms, including law firm partnerships Norton Rose and Baker McKenzie and Lloyd’s of London insurance, Sanchia is known for her ability to coach leadership teams at board level in professional service environments.

Specialising in both team and one-to-one leadership coaching, Sanchia has a track record of bringing teams together to build trust and cohesion. In one-to-one coaching settings, she has empowered CEOs, COOs, CFOs and CROs to achieve their objectives through coaching.

Sanchia helps organisations, leaders, and teams clarify their vision, connect to a purpose, plan the change journey, face their fears, and have robust conversations.  In doing so, she often coaches leaders around adopting new mindsets, skills, and behaviours. Her role is to connect the dots, help people write their own stories, and to navigate their development journey with ownership, commitment, and self-awareness.

Sanchia is also respected as a leader with her work in Diversity and Inclusion and led a culture change programme in Financial Services to bring the value of D&I into the organisation.
