The Leadership Coaches are a group of amazing people who do amazing things; our values and ethics are at the heart of our business. Here we share a few highlights of the activities and actions our coaches take to give back to society and improve sustainability for our world.
Charity of the Years
Each year, The Leadership Coaches choose a charity to support with financial donations and complimentary leadership coaching. Find out more about the charities we have supported here.
Sleeppod
In 2019, Sleeppod was our charity of the year.
The Sleeppod team are an amazing group of people who care passionately about the homeless and are helping one pod at a time. A life-saving shelter, sleep pods are built to protect rough sleepers in the UK and refugees in Europe to keep people warm, dry and safe.
We Are With You
We Are With You was our charity of the year in 2020.
One of the UK's leading drug, alcohol and mental health charities, Addaction works tirelessly to support those with drug, alcohol or mental health worries in order to ensure they are able to make positive and lasting changes in their lives.
Mind
Our charity of the year 2021 was mental health charity Mind.
In addition to offering a generous donation to Mind next year, we will also be offering their people six free leadership coaching sessions with our team of accredited coaches.
Giving Back Activities

Teams4U
We sent sixteen boxes to Teams4U as presents for children from poverty-stricken countries.
Sleeppod
Zoe Lewis contributes to building sleep pods for the homeless with Charity of the Year, Sleep Pod.
Food Banks
At The Leadership Coaches, we support local food banks by donating food.
Access To Inspiration
Leadership Coach Sue Stockdale runs a non-profit podcast initiative; Access to Inspiration. The podcast series is aimed at providing inspiration to people in their day-to-day work.
Peckham Sponsors Refugees
Nicky Chambers supports a Syrian refugee family through Peckham Sponsors Refugees. She helps them with English conversation, seeking employment and more.
Food Banks
Nicky Chambers coaches for the Young Women's Trust - supporting low socio-economic women under 30 with employment, career coaching and confidence.
Project5
At The Leadership Coaches, we are honoured to be supporting NHS personnel through Project5. Many of our coaches have volunteered to provide 40+ hours a week of voluntary coaching to the NHS.
Race Council Cymru
At The Leadership Coaches, our coaches have provided mentoring and coaching to Race Council Cymru's rising leaders to offer support and opportunities for young black entrepreneurs.
